Transportation, installation, and commissioning of equipment
1. The equipment provided by our company to your company has moisture-proof and shockproof packaging; Meet the safety requirements for railway, highway, and ship transportation.
2. After the equipment arrives at the destination designated by your company, both parties will jointly open the box to confirm whether the equipment and various devices are in good condition and quantity consistent with the technical agreement.
3. Our company is responsible for the installation and debugging of the equipment, and your company provides necessary personnel and other support.
4. Special tools and components required during installation and debugging will be provided by our company.
5. The coordination and scheduling during the specific installation process will be the responsibility of your company's dedicated personnel.
6. Any equipment damage that occurs during transportation, installation, and commissioning shall be the responsibility of our company.
Second acceptance
1. Static acceptance:
1) Confirm the specifications and quantities of components; 2) Confirm the technical parameters of the equipment;
2. Dynamic acceptance:
1) After cleaning, the flow rate of the mold waterway has increased compared to before cleaning.
2) After cleaning the mold with scale and rust, the medium (water) will become turbid. Impurities such as rust and scale are cleaned out.
3) After cleaning the mold, there is no obvious scale or rust on the inner wall of the visible pipeline.
4) The equipment is working normally without any malfunctions.
Equipment warranty and after-sales service matters
1. After the equipment acceptance is qualified, our company provides one year of free repair service;
2. Our company provides maintenance services and technical support for the equipment. Only parts and repair fees will be charged outside the warranty period.
3. Our company is responsible for providing training to relevant personnel of your company to familiarize themselves with the operation, structure, maintenance, and upkeep of the equipment.
